JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage the full recruitment process from job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, offering, and onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Employee Administration & Payroll – Maintain accurate employee data and documentation (attendance, contracts, leave, overtime, transfers, offboarding) and process monthly payroll including allowances, deductions, BPJS, and tax (PPh 21) in compliance with regulations.
  • HR Policy Implementation & Compliance – Support the execution of HR policies, company regulations and disciplinary procedures, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor law and internal standards.
  • Performance Management – Coordinate and monitor the Performance Management System (KPI/OKR), assist department heads in setting and reviewing performance goals, and ensure periodic evaluation and reporting.
  • Learning & Development – Identify employee training needs, plan and coordinate internal and external training programs, manage logistics and evaluation, and maintain employee competency development records.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building – Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives (events, surveys, town halls, appreciation programs) to strengthen teamwork, motivation, and alignment with company values.
  • Internal Communication & Employer Branding – Manage internal communication channels and company social media related to People & Culture activities, promote positive employer branding, and document HR events and achievements.
  • General Affairs & Facility Management – Handle office and factory operational needs including procurement, asset management, utilities, maintenance, security, and cleanliness to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Workplace Wellbeing & Inclusion – Contribute to fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment through CSR, diversity, health, and safety-related initiatives that support employee wellbeing and company culture.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR & GA Officer.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to manage HR documentation effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, HR administration, and payroll regulations (BPJS, PPh 21, etc.).
  • Familiar with performance management frameworks (KPI/OKR) and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledgeable in General Affairs operations including office procurement, facility management, and vendor coordination.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
  • Skilled in event organization, training coordination, and employee engagement program planning.
  • Basic knowledge of employer branding and internal communication through social media or digital platforms.
  • Exposure to training & development, performance management, and employee engagement activities is highly preferred.
  • Good communication in English both oral or written.
  • Experience in startup environments is a plus.
  • Willing to work onsite at the factory area – Cikupa, Tangerang.
