JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Material & Inventory Administration – Record, verify, and update all incoming and outgoing materials (including e-waste from suppliers) to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company procedures.
  • Operational Documentation – Prepare and maintain all factory-related documents such as delivery notes, weighing forms, daily production reports, and vehicle movement logs.
  • Attendance & Overtime Control – Monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, and overtime records in coordination with HR for payroll processing.
  • Production Data Recording – Collect, input, and summarize daily production, sorting, and shipment data for management review and reporting purposes.
  • Warehouse Coordination – Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper handling, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
  • Administrative Support – Manage routine office and factory administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, petty cash documentation, and purchasing requests.
  • Facility & Asset Monitoring – Support facility maintenance, utilities control, and asset recordkeeping to ensure a clean, safe, and functional work environment.
  • Vendor & External Coordination – Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and external partners for material delivery, documentation, and operational needs.
  • Compliance & Reporting – Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements, and submit periodic operational reports.
  • Operational Improvement – Identify process inefficiencies in daily administration and propose improvements to enhance accuracy and workflow effectiveness.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in factory, warehouse, or logistics administration; experience in recycling or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools; familiarity with ERP systems or Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of factory documentation, material movement, inventory control, and reporting procedures.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, document handling, and stock recording.
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills with related stakeholder
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple administrative tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical and proactive in identifying operational issues and providing practical solutions.
  • Committed to maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
  • Experience in startup environments is a plus.
  • Willing to work onsite at the factory area – Cikupa, Tangerang.
