Execution \u2013 Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all recycling and supporting production machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Machinery Reliability &amp; Troubleshooting \u2013 Diagnose, analyze, and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment failures through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team Leadership &amp; Supervision \u2013 Lead, assign, and monitor daily tasks of maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and performance feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Production Coordination \u2013 Collaborate closely with production and PPIC teams to align maintenance schedules with production plans and operational priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spare Parts &amp; Tools Management \u2013 Monitor, control, and propose procurement of spare parts, tools, and maintenance equipment to ensure availability and cost efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintenance Documentation &amp; Reporting \u2013 Prepare and maintain maintenance logs, equipment history records, inspection checklists, and periodic maintenance reports for management review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health, Safety &amp; Compliance \u2013 Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety standards (HSE\/K3), and operational procedures within the plant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facility &amp; Utility Maintenance \u2013 Oversee the maintenance of plant utilities and supporting facilities, including electrical systems, compressors, conveyors, and workshop equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous Improvement \u2013 Identify opportunities for equipment improvement, process optimization, and maintenance efficiency to support sustainable and reliable operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency Response &amp; Support \u2013 Respond promptly to urgent equipment breakdowns and provide on-call support to maintain operational continuity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REQUIREMENTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum Education: SMK (Mechanical\/Electrical\/Industrial Machinery or related field) with at least 4 years of relevant maintenance experience, or Diploma (D3) \/ Bachelor\u2019s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 3\u20135 years of experience in factory or industrial machinery maintenance, with at least 1\u20132 years in a supervisory or lead role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems for industrial and recycling machinery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic automation systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in manufacturing, recycling, waste management, or heavy equipment industries is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; familiarity with maintenance systems (ERP\/CMMS) is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills across production, PPIC, and management teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly disciplined, safety-oriented, and compliant with plant SOPs and HSE standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to communicate in English at a minimum of basic level (both written and verbal);
